Conversion Problems
Why does the font change after the conversion?
Microsoft Word does not include exactly the same fonts as PDF. For those fonts that are not included in Word, the program will select the best match for them from Word.
Can I retain headers and footers in the exported Word document?
The current version cannot retain heaters and footers. They will be placed in the body of the generated document. If you are in need of this function, please deliver your request to our technical support. We will consider upgrading this function to our future release.
Is it possible to convert a password-protected PDF file?
If the password is set to restrict printing and editing of the PDF file, you can convert it with this program without providing the password. If the password is set to restrict opening of the file, you need to enter the password before converting, otherwise it will be skipped.
What if I need to specify a file name for the generated file?
The current version of this program does not allow you to specify a filename for the generated file. If you are in need of this function, please deliver your request to our technical support. We will consider upgrading this function to our future release.
Why can't I edit the exported document in Word?
The original PDF file you converted might be a scanned file. This program exports scanned PDF pages as images in Word document. So you cannot edit it. To convert scanned PDF to editable Word requires OCR technology. At present, the current version does not support OCR technology.

What operating systems does your program support?
This program supports all Windows platforms, Microsoft Windows XP and Vista.
What versions of Microsoft Office does your program support?
It supports Microsoft Office 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2010.
What if it asks me to install Office?
This program requires Microsoft Word 2010, 2007, 2003 or 2002(XP). If you have any of the above versions, please reinstall PDF to Word.
Note: Please close all your Word files during the installation process because it may interrupt. If there are several accounts on your computer, we suggest you install and run it under administrator.
Do I need to install Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader?
No, you don't need to install Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to apply this program. However, to view PDF files, Adobe Reader is recommended.
Does your program support PDF 1.7?
Yes, it does. This program supports PDF 1.2 to 1.7.
